A few excellent vegan choices. I really enjoyed the buffalo cauliflower as fried green tomatoes. I had the black bean burger for my main course which was also excellent. Excellent service, beautiful patio, bar in old church.

Food is unbelievably bad. It was great when it opened. Now it just caters to children with hot dogs and pizza. Pizza at a beirgarten? Beer is fair and they allow dogs on the patio. Only reason I gave it 1 star.

This place used to be amazing, their burgers used to be great. The new menu for the past couple months has been no where near as good as the old one. I don't see a point to go back until they change their menu. How can you have so many great beers on tap and no good burgers?

My wife and I came by when we visited my parents. I should say I was strongly disappointed. I should say that when the restaurant opened up, there were very few vegetarian/vegan friendly options, and the food was pretty heavy. The menu needed more variety. Since opening, the menu has fortunately changed to include lighter and more vegetarian options. Unfortunately the only entree from the European biergarten I loved is the chicken schnitzel. Gone are the fantastic pierogi, the veal schnitzel, and the goulash that made me miss Atwater when I moved away. In their place I find pizza and cocktails. Honestly, the only thing I like about the place now is their beer. The new salads are good, and I'm sure the pizza is, too. I don't miss Atwater in the Park anymore, only what it used to be.

Very cool atmosphere in an old church building. Great selection of beers and drinks. Attentive bar tenders.
