I would give no stars but that wasn't an option. I'm sure there are people that buy more from here than I do but I buy a substantial amount of goods. Just a few things in the recent past ; mower, tools, log splitter. However, today they just lost all of my business. The customer service is horrible and the staff was unbelievably rude. There are too many other stores in the area. I certainly don't have to put up with this. Maybe the biggest thing was that I was told that they don't care if I shop there or not - seriously that's what I was told.

If you don't know already, Atwood's is like a "big box store for rednecks". It should fit in well in this part of the country and with me in fact. The Sand Springs store has never had any staff who knew anything or acted like they care but that's almost standard today. I had something happen yesterday, however, which really amazed me. I went into this store and told the girl I wanted 300 pounds of whole corn. She had a worker bring it to the front and I loaded the six bags into my truck. When I got home, I discovered that Atwood's is no longer packaging their feed in 50 pound bags but have changed to 40 pounders. Another way to have a price increase without the consumer noticing! This corn was in bright yellow Atwood bags so I assume that the decision to change packaging was made by their corporate office. Next time, I'm gonna pay attention to the packaging.

Had what I needed. Was in and out in good time and a nice young man help load my items. Service with a smile.

Would be nice if you could find someone in the store to answer questions and help you find what you're looking for.

Staff is rude and girl at return desk treated my husband and I like criminals and we had a receipt. Just purchased an hour prior and the hood was defective. She told me I wouldn't get my money back for 5 to 7 business days and explained that's how it is everywhere. She caused a scene. I'm 37yr old business owner, I know how it is. [7days on debt] LMBO lol I will not be found at atwoods!!!!!!!
