Great car wash service, gave it 3 stars because I cancelled my subscription in person and still got charged the following month and now I have to use it for another month.

Dangerous. Completely messed up my car and the manager had absolutely no courtesy he was actually pretty rude

I got the monthly pass and used them three or four times, and the car never gets really clean. Only the hood and the roof truly get clean. There aren't enough brushes to get under the bumper or around the moulding so there us tons of dirt left behind. . Windows are still dirty and streaked.

Though I did have a bad experience the manager reached out to me three days later and assured every time I have my vehicle come out poorly they want to know and will get it clean that same day.

I really like this carwash and got unlimited wash pass for both of our cars. The wash does an excellent job and keeps your paint finish nice and smooth and shiny. I got plan 4 which had the works on the exterior only, this location does not do the interior. During the winter I went numerous times even in a week to get the salt washed of and the undercarriage was also sprayed. The cost is a little pricey for 2 passes every month, however the car looks great all winter.

Most visits have been great. Staff is usually efficient and polite. However there’s a new guy who was waving his arms all dramatic as I approached. By the time I figured out he was telling me to shut my lights off he was at my window clearly angry. I tried to explain that i was trying but he yelled something I couldn’t decipher and walked away. I rolled up my window and proceeded through the wash. A couple days later I went back with the same vehicle, same time of day, with headlights on, but my husband was driving. The same guy was working and he directed us in without saying a word about the headlights being on. Tonight I got in line with several vehicles in front of me. For sure the two vehicles directly in front of me both had their headlights on.  I could see at least one of the drivers was male. They were directed in with no hesitation or request to shut their headlights.  As I approach, he immediately starts yelling about my headlights. Because I never shut them off, I was struggling to comply, and he starts yelling and aggressively coming at my window. My headlights are standard issue. Not extra bright or after market. Not sure what this guy’s issue is but you work in a car wash, in Maine, where it’s dark early. Headlights are necessary. If headlights are a problem for you, wear sunglasses. There’s no need to be so rude to customers. UPDATE:  staff responded quickly and took my issue seriously.  They apologized profusely and  offered a solution that was more than fair, which I did not expect.  We have since added another account for another vehicle in our household. So I would change my rating to 5 stars!

The wash on lisbon Street Lewiston is great. The other one on Minot Ave in Auburn is bad does not clean the vehicle. Waste of money.

Long story short...Had my car washed..after that my radio was sounding badly...antenna had snapped off. Went back to them they found it on the ground in the car wash. Logan the manager was a Super Awesome guy and didn't give me any hassle. He was very professional and had me make out a accident form.... I had a estimate done and I was able to have it fixed at their expense. Now that's the kind of service that is rarely seen nowadays!!!! Thank you Logan and Golden Nozzle for taking excellent care of your customers!!!! Kudos to You!!!!!
