Make sure you don't use the center touchless wash bay. The sprayer doesn't go all the way back and forth. As a result, your vehicle from center to passenger side will be clean and spotless, your vehicle from center to driver side will be covered in soap. Don't bother calling to complain, management doesn't seem to give a damn, they already got your money.

Didn't use the drive through wash area! Its a man reasoning! They like to do it themselves! Lol! However there was a line of cars! So it must be worth driving through!

Had used the vending machine. Machine ate my money. I called the number. spoke to a a lady who said she would  mail out refund. Never received it. I'll use the Sure Shine in topsham. Any issues  and most of the rime someone is there to assist you. Not say they will and never follow through.

Clean and accepts bills! The vacuum worked great which can be an issue. The trash can was full but that can be expected.

No one attending; poor directions going thru. Truck covered with soapy water and bed filled with soap suds. No one to talk to; got me once!!!
