I cannot begin to explain how great of an experience we had. We went in to look at different cars just to see what they had and started checking out the RS3 on the showroom floor. I showed a little interest in the car and not once did they try to push anything on us. James just said "if you wanna come back sometime and check the numbers we can do that." He really knew his cars and if he didn't know something he went and found out instead of trying to make something up. I really like the no pressure, at my own pace, knowledgeable car buying experience. I highly encourage going there for the cars themselves, as well as the staff. If you're lucky enough to work with James, it'll only better the experience.

Audi Albany made my car buying experience informative, fun and exciting. All of the employees at Audi Albany were very cordial and willing to help, but I would especially like to thank and recommend Nick, Joe and Mike for making it such an amazing experience!

I recently bought a pre-owned A5 at Audi Albany. Stephen Clark helped my parents and I for 3 days straight. We needed extra assistance understanding the technology and AWD and he answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. We would have been lost without him. Mike in the finance office assisted and explained all of the payment options and specifics. I felt that the experience was very positive. While we checked out other local dealerships, the service at Audi Albany made the decision much easier for me. Thank you!

This is a review for the Audi Albany service department. Last night our Q7 got a flat tire on the way to Montreal from NJ. Lucky for us the flat occurred 5 minutes from this dealership. We had our car towed there and my husband came back out to them at 7:30am upon their opening. They quickly located a tire locally for our car since they didn't have one in stock and we were back on the road within 2 hours. Thanks for the fast unscheduled service and saving our trip Audi Albany!

Was driving a BMW 535 last week and 2018 Audi A4 this week. Couldn't be happier with the car or the service thanks to Anthony Montesano. Answered everyone of my questions and guided me through the whole process. Highly recommended and will be referring others to him. Thanks again!
