Excited to be picking up our new RV. Had several issues that were addressed prior to delivery that we not taken care of. Service did take care of them prior to delivery while we waited a few extra hours. Waiting on some followup issues we had. Love the RV!

Buying the 2017 toy hauler was the easy part... have had it for 6 months and have had issues enough to not be able to use it for 4 of those months! Had to cancel 3 trips so far! Now it's once again out of service and they can't even look at it for a month! The worst customer service I have ever experienced AND I have the super duper extra warranty!! It's not necessarily the people but the system they have in place is extremely overwhelmed! No replies to emails about issues etc... all I wish for is what I paid a fair price for and a unit that's usable!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else I will for my next one!

Was not impressed with the sales man... Asked him about a couple units that I could pull with a trailblazer. . said he would be right back with some information, well guess what he never returned.... I will say I was very happy with the young lady in the short floral dress that gave me pricing and literature on a specific unit that I fell in love with . . however I didn't get her name. . .thank you

This is the letter that I sent to Albany RV after my visit to them today: I have to tell you about my experience at your location on Sunday 8/20/17. Our Salesperson Samantha was a very nice young lady but have very little knowledge to the products, Warranty or any of the details on how the set up pf a travel trailer works. I asked some general questions about the electrical system (is the power to the unit 110 or 220). He response was 220. I since have learned that it is 110 volts. I was never asked about the type of vehicle that I was going to be pulling the 9500 lb unit that I was looking at. As for the warranty, she was clueless and asked me to put a deposit down and someone from finance would come and talk to me. I informed her that I was not sure if I was going to purchase a travel trailer but wanted some information. I was told that a 4 year warranty would cost me $2500. I asked what it covered and could not get an answer. I showed them the information from a competitor in the area including the price of a new 28' travel trailer and the warranty that they offered and was told that It was a scam. I followed up with the other dealer and the Insurance Company that writes the policy and it is far from a scam. I had another gentleman than tell me that the unit that I was looking at was garbage and put together with particle board and glue (This is incorrect). Needless to say we left your location and went back to the other location. While we were looking at the new travel trailer that we now have bought, 2 other people came into the location and told us that they saw us at Albany RV and would NEVER RETURN. I am in the sales industry and am in management. If I heard or saw what was going on at Albany RV I would call all of my Sales Managers, the GM and all of the Sales People into a meeting and read this letter and all of the reviews on Yelp and Google. You are rated a One (1) Star on these sites. It is a shame because your location is absolutely beautiful and in a prime location. If you care to contact me I would be more than happy to discuss this more. Just an FYI.. In my intire life I have NEVER written a review (good or bad) on any company. This is a 1st.

Very nice people, we weren't ready to purchase anything at the time of our visit but they treated my family like gold! Very clean lot and extremely organized I plan on returning once we decide what we want! I would recommend them very highly :)
