I traveled 2 hours to buy this vehicle.  No other dealer I spoke to was even close to the deal they offered.  They were polite, professional, and weren't looking to make a killing on just one sale, like other dealers. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, Brendan Shields came out to meet us before I even got out of my vehicle.  From there, he was organized and had everything ready for us, including some last minute paperwork I sprung on him because I couldn't find my title.  We were in and out in less then  30 minutes.  Both my wife and I were extremely surprised, because this had been the best experience we had every had buying a vehicle.  They were like a well oiled machine, from the beginning to the end, where  Brendan took us through our new vehicle, and showed us the options until we were comfortable leaving with it.  I would highly recommend this dealership, even if you have to take a drive to get there.  Thank you Lia, and thank you Brendan!

As a new driver I needed a safe, reliable and affordable car and as someone concerned with aesthetics I needed a car that suits my personality and style. I found everything and much more than I expected when I visited Lia Honda in Albany. With the help of Christian and Fred I purchased a 2017 Honda HR-V EX and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. I got a great car at a great price and experienced the type of customer service every business should strive for. They worked with me on financing (beating my bank's rate), provided info about a trusted insurance provider, got me a car in the color I wanted in a really quick turn around, and followed up professionally and timely with all my inquiries prior to closing the sale. When I drove my new car out of the dealership I felt awesome about the entire experience. Christian and Fred took all the stress out of buying a car!

I was looking to purchase a new vehicle but I was on a tight budget and not sure of what I could afford. A friend of mine referred Brendan Shields at Lia Honda to me so I stopped in to talk with him, he was extremely helpful. Brendan Helped me find a great car and kept me within an affordable budget. I left Lia Honda extremely satisfied. Since then I have recommended both Lia Honda and Brendan Shields to several of my friends looking to purchases new vehicles.

I've been taking my Honda to Lia Honda for years. The service is always great and reasonably priced.  They have a comfortable waiting room if you decide to stay while your vehicle is serviced, or you can get a ride to work in the van.

I had initially gone to Mohawk Honda where I thought they would abide by KBBs valuations, but they turned out to be one of the worst dealerships in this area. Feeling discouraged a week later, I decided to try Lia Honda. I had been there multiple times to test drive the car I intended on purchasing. I had the pleasure of working with Brendan Shields. He was great. I had Brendan the very first time where I was only looking to test drive and he wasn't pushy at all, which really appealed to me. When I had gone in finally to make a deal, he made everything very smooth. Brendan and sales manager Phil, are the dream team. They ensure they give the customer what he/she wants and that they leave happy. I'm loving the car I purchased and I love the thought that I have a trustworthy dealership who sold it to me. Thanks, again Lia!
