Service here was impeccable !   We were picked up at the airport on time by our sales manager Omar , and were treated to a delightful drive to the dealership. Everyone was friendly and we were brought bottled water and treated very well. Our time at the dealership was brief and the sale was completed quickly. The previous owner of our car only returned one set of keys. Omar assured us they were trying to contact the previous owner to retrieve the second set , and would get back to us. I have to admit I didn't think they would do that , and we would have to purchase a second set ourselves. To my surprise Omar called to inform us that they had acquired the second set of keys and would fed ex them to us no charge. What more do I need to say!.. great place ... great people...

The staff was extremely friendly, from the time we walked into the dealership and until we left. 
Steve, our salesman was very knowledgeable, which helped our decision-making a little easier.  He was very personal, patience, and hospitable.  We did have the option to buy from another dealer, located closer to where we live in Chicago; However, they offered us a very competitive price, which was hard to walk away.

Glad we stopped in and looking forward to doing business with Audi Morton Grove in the future.

Walked in for a car wash, walked out with a new car AND an Audi Mug! Chris P. And Sway Maturano went above and beyond to obtain a clear understanding of exactly what my needs were and what I wanted. Not only did they genuinely want to help me in the best way possible, but they made the entire experience an amazing one! If you're in the market for a new car they're the folks to come see. You will not regret it!

I recently purchased Audi A4 (2017) as I needed a car for my commute. There was literally no wait at the showroom even though I walked-in. I interacted with Jim, Reny and Gene through the negotiation and financial process.  They were very courteous, accommodating, and honest in their approach. This is my second car and I was weary going into showroom expecting another long drawn, hard fought negotiation process. However, thanks to them, it was a pleasant process.  Thank you guys!

Car buying has always been a very uncomfortable experience for me, so when I walked in through the doors I was already anxious. However, the whole team welcomed me and were very friendly throughout the whole process. I can honestly say that there wasn't a moment where I felt pressured. I spent most of my time working with Mohamed, who is the Audi brand specialist. You can tell that he is truly passionate about his job and made sure that I knew everything there was to know about the car before I left. After I finished with all of the paperwork, it was after the dealership had closed, but Mohamed stuck around just so that he can show me a few more options inside of the car before I drove away. I'm extremely impressed with everyone here and recommend anyone that wants to finally have a good experience at a car dealership to come here!
