I loved the store. Everything is dope here. If you're planning to customize your car, planning to upgrade or change audio system, you should definitely visit here. I never had any service here. But I asked so many other locals here who have done some business with them and they were all happy. So go here for any car works. I totally recommend here.

#1 ***** (five star) for service, product knowledge and customer commitment.  I saved $900 because of Audio Works!  Darren and Pete, explained the remote start system in my old vehicle was reusable and compatible with my new mercedes.  I was prepared to buy a new system, but they were honest and went above and beyond by removing the old unit from the old vehicle at the dealership!  I am a customer for life.  This type of service is extremely rare!  I trust the Audio Works team.

The guys there at Audio Works are AWESOME. Had a lot of work done by them & I've never had a problem with their work or their customer service (& I'm a huge critic). I would highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed! #ThumbsUp.

spent over 1400$ with audio works , when car audio was stolen they treated me like I was worthless and to much to ask for a copy of reciept like was a big deal !
Owner immediatly contacted me regarding my past expierance and professionally apologized , showed extreme concern which tells anyone these guys are truly top notch and care for thier customers truly! Honesty , respect and customer dedication is what I found out you will recieve with Audio Works , thank you guys very much and look forward to future buisness !

I waited two and one half hours for a remote starter that was supposed to take one hour fifteen minutes to two hours maximum to install. I was assured beforehand by Darren that this particular unit was developed in cooperation with VW engineers to be a plug-and-play, no cut wires, no sacrificed key system. What I left with was NOTHING. The technician was unable to make the system work at all, so it was removed from the vehicle. The removal took about twenty minutes, so why did the unsuccessful install take two and one half hours? I was not updated on any progress or lack thereof during my wait. To add to the insult, I drove 45 minutes one way to be there. Obviously, I will not return. I only hope that everything was returned to original factory condition after their unproductive and time wasting effort.
UPDATED INFORMATION ON THIS REVIEW: Darren from Audio Works contacted me by phone on Monday, 11/27/2017. He offered to pay for the "sacrifice" ignition key that he says is necessary to complete the installation of the remote starter unit. He told me that I could go to the VW dealer of my choice to have the key made and he would reimburse me and do the install for the original quoted price. He also emphasized that he wants all customers to be satisfied, and apologized for not keeping me updated during the original install procedure. His offer remains open, but I have not decided whether or not I will return. In any case, I appreciate his desire to correct the problem.
