I am grateful for the entire staff!  My dog was very sick with something we had never seen before.  We were upset and needed help quickly.  The staff was kind, attentive, quick, and answered all of our questions.  They were up front about potential cost and provided lots of information about follow-up care.  Their interaction with our pet was caring and supportive in her time of need.  We have since returned for other pet needs.  I am impressed by their professionalism and willingness to do what's right for their clients.  My little Grace is happy and healthy today.

I took my dog here after 2 terrible experiences at the Mexico Animal hospital which made my large male dog (Diesel) very anxious. When it came time to get his yearly shots after several recommendations I decided to try this vet and made them aware that he is now anxious going to the vet due to the bad experiences at Mexico Animal hospital when he never was before. Upon arrival they greeted my nervous dog with treats and smiles, they talked to him and pet him till he was wagging his tail, happy and comfortable. Thank you Dr. Alderson for being so kind, patient, knowledgable and trained in providing a no fear zone for my dog. Thank you to all the friendly staff and techs there who feed him treats, love on him and distract him, including Adam who took it upon himself to get down to my dogs level to greet my male dog. Thank you for that! That one small kind thoughtful gesture makes a huge difference to my dog and his owners. With all of the sudden health issues my dog is having I'm so glad he's in their care. I trust them.. and I don't trust anyone. But they earned it. Thank you again. You're approach to people's pets is incredible and I will send everyone I know with dogs your way.
