The mission of Osage Regional Vet Clinic is to provide quality veterinary care, taking both the pet's and client's needs into account. We strive to educate pet owners about the best preventive diagnostic and treatment options available for their pets. This enables them to make informed decisions regarding their pets health care and thus maximize their pets quality of life.

For our food animal clients, we strive to provide useful and current information to producers on quality management procedures to maximize the health of their herds as well as the treatment of sick animals.

Very unimpressed with this clinic happy they could see my dog on such short notice when he was attacked but we got there the vet said my dog needed surgery which was quoted 300-400 we agreed and we were told he had to stay a few days upon pick up we were told the told was $783 and some changed while they did agree to do payments I had 700 cash up front was to pay the following amount the following week I had no problem with that when I check my bank account they said it had never been taken out and I called the clinic they said not to worry about it as the file showed everything was paid now a month later 110 dollars has been taken from my account after being told we owed nothing more so apparently so much for paying my bills we will not be using this clinic again and we most definitely will not be referring anyone to this clinic!

So far so good.  I changed from my last vet to these folks because they were easy to schedule, LESS expensive and also have been very flexible and kind to my pets.  They are always willing to discuss treatment options and understand that not everyone is made of money.

Staff was nice. They gave good service. However, everything was overpriced, the food, the drugs, tests that were done, all around everything was expensive. This is the most expensive Veterinary Clinic I have ever took my pets. They provided happiness and results but it was not worth the cost. I would recommend really doing your homework before going to this place. They made me repeat myself several times and I told them I would be there in an hour, and nothing was ready for when I got there.

I took our pup to the clinic a week before his neutering - and he was a happy and comfortable camper with the attention he received. On his neutering day, we arrived early as requested. He's normally a very happy, and everyone is my friend personality. The person who walked out and put mail into the box, while we were still in our car, he was not comfortable with. He growled at her, and his hair stood up. I should have taken that as my cue and left. But I didn't, I walked in with him on his leash. This person behind the receptionist desk was rude to me, the pup growled at her again. At one point when she began asking me questions, and I stated I only wanted the dog neutered, he's up-to-date with all other things, she actually stood up and shouted at me to let her do her job! It was a horrible experience meeting her for the first time, and I should of again walked out, but didn't. When I heard a door slam, and looked in that direction, this woman grabbed my leash from my hand, and I was in shock! She told me not to expect this surgery to be over anytime soon, and the dog would probably have to stay the night. I stated that the vet told me it would only be a couple of hours and she said "not hardly"....you have to understand, I was just as afraid of my pups life being in the hands of this angry woman, as the pup was that he was being dragged away from me. Had I met her before this day, my animals would NEVER have gone there! Fortunately, she was not there when I arrived to pick up the pup - I made a verbal complaint, but I'm sure they have heard it more than this time. I do want to give a shout out to the two women and male who were there when I arrived to pick up the pup - they seemed to care and were courteous and professional. But your receptionist? - first letter of her name is A - I have heard she is the office manager? In my view, she needs to hide from the public, not customer service oriented at all.

We have been going to Osage Regional Veterinary Clinic with our 5 dogs and ??? cats for the past year and are so thrilled with the care our pets get there!  It started when one of our dogs got into a fight with one of the others and he needed emergency care on a Sunday night at 8 pm.  The vet met us there and took such good care of Dobby!  We love them.
