Could get better service at a Turkish prison than you get here, where to start the staff acts like they’ve got stick up their asses, being pregnant it’s not something I want to have to deal with you’re literally treated like they don’t even want to service you! They can’t pronounce my name right no matter how many times I tell them I even told them to call me by a nickname rather than do that they get a attitude and call me by my last name!I never know when I’m finished with my appointment I’m just sitting there, well today i asked the nurse is the appointment done, she just ignored me then another nurse goes “If he didn’t tell you anything then just leave” and starts talking about me, they never answer the phone I called them for a week straight to see about a prescription, no call back or anything...probably can’t get through because the girls up front are making personal calls and talking bout things other than work my advice is DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE!

Worthless as every thing else associated with SJMC. I don't even know how u get proper care here so I would suggest somewhere else. Trying to deal with the miscommunication , general apathy and I begin to wonder...ARE me and my baby safe here? Answer is NO if u have a good outcome I think it is by Chance

This place is ran and operated by an incompetent and unhelpful staff. There is so much justification behind giving this establishment a bad review but I will keep it brief. I will start by using the classic line of "if I can give this place 0 stars, I would" They told my wife and I from the beginning that they accept our insurance, which was incorrect. We were given a hefty bill and had to utilize our personal time to get the charges overturned for their mistake. They scheduled us for the wrong appointment time, twice ! Causing us to have to leave and come back on a different day, which isn't a big issue unless you have two kids to take with you, one which is a toddler. No hospitality or friendly service from the staff whatsoever. I strongly recommend saving yourself the headaches and frustrations you'll have with this place, and drive the extra 20 minutes to another office. I run a business and know what it is like to get a "bogus" bad rating/review. This is review and rating is not that at all!

This place is awful. 0 stars. I cant even begin to explain the stress this place has put on me. Every single time i am there something happens. Starting with the unfortunate tooth infection i had. I could not get a hold of my doctor for clearance for xrays for 5 days!!! Or the stronger antibiotic i eventually needed. We tried fax, phone, and messages. I was in so much pain. Not only were my calls not returned, they had no idea what was going on when i finally showed up in person. Then my doctor forgot to schedule my ultrasound which led to them trying to tell me id have to wait until i was 4 months pregnant for my first ultrasound!? After i went in for the ultrasound (i went to new lenox for)my Dr. had no idea i even had an ultrasound at my next appointment..even better the next time i went in ...when she looked for my babys heartbeat she literally said out loud that she cant hear the heartbeat! And sent me for an ultrasound which confirmed what i already knew, the baby was fine. What kind professional says that to someone? Then today i went in for genetic bloodwork and no one had a clue why i was there. It took them 40 minutes to figure it out. And tried telling me i already had it done. Turns out my doctor never ordered the bloodwork after my last appointment, where we discussed the fact i was coming back in 2 weeks for it. This is the short version of my experience. So save yourself some time and just go somewhere else. I will be reporting them to my insurance company as well. They say stress is bad for the baby, and this place will just be added stress to your life trust me. I already have a new Dr. I plan on seeing by the end of the month :) Silver Cross is so much better.

So unprofessional ! If you are pregnant DO NOT GO HERE !!! My " doctor " only comes in once a week so if you need something ( like I need a prescription for prenatals that I've been asking for for over a week ) the nurses will " relay a message " that never gets answered ! Just save yourself the trouble . Since no stars is not an option this place & irs employees get 1 from me !
