I have been coming here for the last couple months for an injury. The wait times can be a little long. I have saw 4 different providers from here. The last few visits I have saw Debbie. She has gone above and beyond for me compared to the other providers. She is very knowledgeable, very concerned and actually takes her time with the patients. She also listened to all of my concerns as the patient. I really appreciate her. From now on when I go there that is the only provider I will be seeing.

I can't say enough about the above average care my son received from Debbie Cyrkiel at Physicians Immediate Care! After a scare on the trampoline, I knew he needed to be assessed for a possible chest injury and his pediatrician was not available. I was easily able to make an appointment and receive text messages up until the scheduled time to ensure that we did not experience a long wait. While the entire staff was pleasant and kind, Debbie instantly made my young son feel comfortable and continued to put him at ease throughout the exam. While discussing his x-ray results and subsequent diagnosis with me, Debbie also took the time to explain everything on a level that my son understood. Debbie's patient, personable manner sets her apart from so many other health care providers I've encountered. It is very comforting to know that my family can receive excellent care when the need arises from Debbie without going too far from home.

I brought my wife in to be seen a few weeks ago after a fall. The wait was a little long but once we got in the room the doctor came in right away. She was very thorough, professional and kind. Nothing was broken and she assured us that my wife would be fine in a few weeks with rest and time. My wife is doing great! I wish Dr. Debbie had her own practice. We would not hesitate to return and will tell all our friends and family about the excellent medical treatment we received.

I have gone to physicians immediate in New Lenox and Joliet il and have always had a great expience at both locations. I would recommend them to everyone i know.

The 2nd medical person came in the exam room with a huge attitude, had her hands on her hips, and practically stamped her foot and said "What is the problem?!" I am not sure what type of medical professional she was as she did not introduce herself, probably a Nurse Practitioner, hopefully not a Dr. She kept misunderstanding what I was describing to her and kept suggesting things that were contra-indicated for what I came in there for. Then she went on to tell me that they are not a "full service" clinic, so they could not prescribe certain things. Well, if they are not a "full service" clinic, then why do they charge the same as an ER? I was not treated properly from a medical standpoint. I have been an RN for over ~ 25 years, so I know. And I also know how insurance works in an office; the staff did not properly check my insurance, for if they did they would have noted that I have a $140 ER co-pay. So, they won't be seeing that, as they did not even notice that I did not sign the paperwork until I know what the cost is. I would not take a stray dog there. It is a very serious violation of a Health Care Professional not to introduce what kind of medical professional they are when treating a patient. If I could give them “0” stars, I would. I would have gone to my PCP, but she was closed. And the ER is too busy! And more expensive testing wise. I am hoping the owner responds so I can tell all the details after I sign a HIPAA form.
