I've been here twice, once with my sick daughter and once with my sick son. Our visits were about a month apart. The first time I went was an easy seamless experience. We got checked in for our appointment, got the forms we needed to fill out, and as soon as I sat down to fill them out we were called back. The visit was pretty standard (weight, height, blood pressure) and we answered some questions with the assistant before the nurse practitioner saw us. She was thorough in her exam and kept a playful attitude with my daughter who is 4.5. All in all, it was a quick visit and I was glad that my daughter was okay. The second time we visited was when my son was running a high fever. We didn't have an appointment so it took longer to be seen and checked in. Once we were called back though it was another quick visit and yielded the same viral diagnosis as my daughter had. My son was a bit harder to get to cooperate since he's only 2 but the staff all did really well with him and tried their best to cheer him up. I'm going to be visiting again tomorrow as my daughter has a fever again but I expect it will be another standard visit with friendly, caring staff.

I've been to this Urgent Care More than Once and I have to say by experience ! This urgent care crew is by far the best urgent care Crew ! When you come to an urgent care your looking for caring compassionate caregiver's who are willing to give the best service to any patient that walks in those doors! than look no further.

Worst possible medical care. I missed an appointment and dr. Amy Woike got me discharged and I was left with no refills for my blood pressure medication. Dr. Amy woike is not very knowledgeable about medical conditions and has very poor bedside manners. If I could I would seek legal advice. You have been warned.

Doctors may be nice but the wait times are ridiculous. You will wait over an hour or two to see your doctor, they over book appointments. To me that is rude and greedy! my time is worth as much as theirs. Many other options out there, do your research. We should be able to back charge them for the wait time @ $200 an hour! Good Luck and stay healthy!

Immediate care, walk ins Apts available. Great service, very friendly and helpful staff
