Dr. Mun is an excellent doctor. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him. The staff is consistently helpful and professional.

I would NOT recommend Dr. Mun or his staff. Not caring or helpful at all. I moved out of state and have not found a General Practitioner yet. My prescription expired and I needed his office to extend it for 1 month, to give me time to find another Dr. They refused to do so. I am beyond frustrated and upset. I have never had something like this happen with any other physician. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!!

Have seen Dr. Mun for many years. He is a capable doctor caring his patient very much. His office assistants are friendly, capable, and caring as well. Recommend highly.

Great office staff and very helpful with referrals. Dr Mun was very thorough. I would highly recommend.

While Dr. Mun seems to be a good doctor his staff is very poor. Dr. Mun needs to raise the bar and hire a staff that knows what they are doing. He has a young, less than clerical level knowledge. Long waiting time when you call. Never have an answer when you call and worse of all if they don't know they just never call you back. Don't bother to complain, they're too busy to care. Dr. Mun -- you get what you pay for. If you're cheap in hiring your staff -- you're going to start losing business.
