I have been going to a different dermatologist in Gurnee, IL since I was a kid, unfortunately he has retired and left the practice. After medication upon medication, I decided to try switching and attempting to see if I had a better reaction since I was recently diagnosed with an incurable skin disease (problem with sweat glands being clogged easily). I went in to see Dr. Arroyo and she was thorough, explained the problem to ensure I gained a full understanding of it, and gave me a simple treatment option that cleared it right away. After all the other creams and ointments, I was a little surprised at how responsive the treatments were with her versus my original dermatologist. I recommended her to my mom and now my family is in the process of switching over as well. I'm extremely grateful for them, and thankful that I regained control over my skin condition once more!

Dr. Arroyo is fabulous; smart and thorough and direct and fast and kind. I recommend her to everyone and anyone who needs a dermatologist. So happy to have found her!!
