Extremely rude employees. They will yell at you for having your phone out "We will be happy to send you back to wait in line so you can continue your conversation" yet will happily carry on a personal conversation amongst themselves for 10 minutes at the counter while keeping "customers" waiting. Time to remind them that the PUBLIC are their bosses.

Keep in mind this is a place where you have to go with a positive attitude...And make sure you bring everything they ask.

Bill, the manager, is a saint. He personally helped my elderly mother have the best DMV experience possible. Bonnie is a wonderful and helpful employee too. Wish everyone understood service and did their jobs with the competence and compassion that these two showed toward my mom!! She had been treated horribly at the Plano DMV. Wish we'd have come here first.

The wait isn't that bad ( I think the most I've waited is an hour but usually less). My issue is that the employees aren't trained properly. I've gone in FOUR times for the same issue and every time a different employee tells me I need a different piece of paper. Going again this week, wish me luck!!

I have gone to quite a few the facilities here in Illinois and Aurora is by far the most pleasant experience that I had on August 31, 2017 the clerks at the counters all the way to the driving instructor were all very pleasant I'll be it I did not pass my driving test nevertheless it was a very good experience unlike the experience that I had in Plano
