Bad non native English speaking doctors, misinterpret and unwilling to let volunteer check in leave. If you want to tutor English, rather than see a doctor, and pay them $20 plus an hour to tutor them in English language and proper emotional english speaking culture and proper use of word, gesture and emotions, then this is the place to get your new or worse phony psychiatric label and experience malpractice by low level doctors. Be warned judging by their English skills and profanity you will likely be physically abused. Female staffs ignore complaints and pretend a funny accent...not accident, accent, but there you never know, without legal representation. you might as well be gambling in Las Vegas with your health and some immigrant mafia. I'd encourage a protest with sleeping  bags and picket signs with vulgar 
profanity on it, to reclaim the psychiatry label from abusers. Employeesanity in the lobby, casually as they walk by and I'm there completing insurance intake. I didnt feel safe or respected. Its thats guys house but he pretends its a job. I told him to resign so people coukd actually gain the treatment that they came for. I think the supervisors are likely having extramarital affairs with the employees and abusing patients at this facility and parties behind the  scenes. Why is he employed?  They have no accountability or employee badge numbers. They don't let you file a formal complaint before departing. Beautiful facility: terrifying staff...I left, ten times worse than when I came in. Don't waste time seeking trust and peace from people only there for show and tell. Horrible; malpractice. If you like staff that uses swear words, this is the place for you, wandering twenty something security irreverent  and overloaded with testosterone 
ready to make  your loved ones nightmares come true. Note the type that shows off the brand of his underwear with sagging sweat pants is the staff the hide behind the scenes here. It's their private party center with a front to look like genuine psychiatric  hospital. I encourage paralegals lawyers; save one, two or more this offensive excuse for mental health. Call your malpractice lawyer first. Legitimate health will be the last thing gained from anyone here.  Bless you.

Need more Staff, patient should be able to at least breath fresh air, be outside not just surrounded by walls. Doctors don't seem concerned about their patients. Daily activity should be properly planned amd managed.

I was very depress, they took me there. It is a miracle I did not kill my self in there. The staff does not care is rude and aloof. They shout at us and did not listen to our concerns. Complaining to the admisnitration is a waste of time they do not care either. Do not go there, better place Huntington Hospital.

Well this is it. Dirty, disgusting with urine on the floor and feces on the walls. this place needs to be shut down. This is for the "Maria West" facility
