So we have known for about a month now that our Maltese is pregnant. So my husband took her in earlier this week to get checked and see exactly how far along she is. Also we wanted to have an ultrasound done to see how many puppies to expect when she delivers. All they did was check her eyes mouth and ears and they told him that it was too early to detect anything or have an ultrasound and that we should be the ones to know how far along she was. That was just mind blowing how can a vet not have the knowledge to figure this out plus we can already feel and see the puppies move in her tummy. Let's just say never again!!!! I can't believe he even paid for a "check up". If I could I would give 0 stars!!!

If i could give no stars I would. This place is horrible!!!! Don't take your pets here. My mother went here with my dog that had a seizure and the doctor made her wait because she was talking on the phone. My mother said the doctor was running out the hospital to take personal phone calls while she had other people in rooms waiting for her and my dying dog on hold. 30 minutes and she's still waiting to get  my dog seen. Then this doctor told my mother that this was not emergency? This place sucks!!!

I called this office (accidentally) looking for a different vet. Jenna answered my call and was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!  She placed me on hold (while she switched phones to walk to her computer) and helped me locate the vet I was looking for! Being someone who is big on great customer service - that spoke volumes to me! I can say that if I ever need a secondary vet, this will definitely be my first choice to come to. Jenna is definitely a gem so I can only imagine that they treat their animal patients with the utmost care, love and care! Thanks Jenna!! You are the cats meow! ❤️🙌🏼

Called for pricing for shots for my dog. 30% more then my current vet charges. The name affordable should be false advertising.
