I would just like to say that the staff that took care of my golden (BO) provided excellent and loving care. The internist whom I cannot remember his name was very professional, kind, and thorough. The nurses and staff treated him wonderful. I am thankful that my fur baby was treated like family. Also the nurse I mainly spoke with was very personable and kind. She was more than welcoming. Thank you again!

Our first call we spoke with Andrew and he was great explaining how to set up our appointment with a doggy oncologist and what to kind of expect when we came in. Later we met with Dr. Sowders who was very patient as we went through various tests, the exact costs, explaining the results and where we go from there. Because the tumor wasn't attached to anything major, and the cancer hadn't spread to his lungs, we then decided to go ahead with a surgery to remove our dogs thyroid tumor. Dr. Peacock was amazing and even gave us a little tour in the back and showing us where the surgery would take place, where our dog would recover and how it all worked. We never felt rushed and he was also very patient answering our many questions. They called us right before the surgery, and after to let us know it went great! We also called later the night of the surgery and got an update that all was well we had peace of mind. Dr Peacock is a great surgeon he was able to completely remove the tumor! The next day we met with Angela who was super sweet explaining all of the medication, what we needed to do etc. We took our dog home and he recovered very nicely and is back to chasing squirrels and living a wonderful doggy life. Below is a picture taken with Angela and Dr. Peacock the day he got his stitches out. Thanks to your whole team for helping us get through that very scary time in our lives!

SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. While the staff were really polite, we were quoted $3,400-$4,000 for our pups broken leg surgery. $169 just for the "consultation". Luckily we left and found another qualified Vet (same credentials) charging $1,453. Unless you really value the free coffee and wifi in the pretty lobby, (and have extra money to throw around), go elsewhere!!!

Our 3yr old Golden was having eye problems and our local vet suggested seeing a specialist. After being dissatisfied with our local ophthalmologist, we sought out Dr Garcia’s expertise and we are so glad that we did. At our first appointment, Dr Garcia took the time to fully understand our dog’s history, evaluate our dog’s current state, and diagnose the eye problem as a very rare pigment disorder. To alleviate the extreme pain our dog was in, Dr Garcia recommended removal of both eyes. Although this was a very tough pill for us to swallow, Dr Garcia ensured us this was the correct decision. Dr Garcia’s kindness, guidance, and optimism was greatly appreciated. The cost was very reasonable and knowing our dog was going to be given the best possible care, by an excellent surgeon, at one of the best facilities, eased our worries. We are now 3 weeks post surgery and I am pleased to report our dog is pain free and doing outstanding. We cannot speak highly enough of Dr Garcia and his staff and recommend seeing Dr Garcia for your ophthalmology needs.

Good animal care, but they could care less about wasting your time sitting around. 30 mins to see a room, 30 mins to see a nurse, 30 mins for a doctor who doesn't have a clue what you told the nurse, 40 mins to say they still don't have x-rays from other place. I kindly say "they said they sent them 30mins ago"..."oh....let me go check. ". 30 mins later, still nobody....horrible service that could care less about your time, even though you're paying a PREMIUM for theirs.
