Mike just left after replacing the electric switch and hard wiring the ignitor for my natural gas fireplace. Mike explained what he was doing and the reason why he chose to hard wire the ignitor. He patiently answered all of my questions so that I would be able to clean and maintain the fireplace in the future. Michelle and Mike were pleasant to work with and I know who will be called if I have any other issues with my fireplace. Thank you so much for the exceptional level of service that you provided this week. BTW, my home is almost a year out of warranty and ACS did not charge me for this 15 minute service call.

My garage door just tore the garage door opener off the ceiling because ACS can't seem to get the right torsion springs in place. The first set of springs kept the door either 2 feet or 5 feet above the ground. Then, they put the second set in so loaded that the pressure caused the door to stick and not close all the way, so that when the emergency release was pulled, the door shot up so fast it pushed the opener off its supports and left it hanging by a single screw. I look forward to seeing what the 3rd set of springs do... good thing I have insurance.
