Austin eAutos is a family owned and operated dealership that shares a passion for great cars and great service. We try to steer clear of the big dealership models and create a personal with each customer.

Denise was incredibly knowledgeable, they have a great showroom and excellent inventory at fair prices. Most of all, I love how easy they make it to test drive all their cars. I ended up buying elsewhere but would still highly recommend this dealership.

If I could rate Austin eAutos more than five stars I would. Not only because their showroom is beautiful, clean and indoors, what’s more important to me is the people. This place has outstanding customer service - from the owners down to all the staff - they are remarkable! I was treated with utmost importance and it was evident that their goal was to sincerely provide me with the best customer service. I can not express how grateful I am for having found this business. When the car I bought from them developed some issues, they worked diligently to resolve them. They went above and beyond their duties to help with the resolution. If you are looking to purchase a used car, I highly recommend Austin eAutos.

Recently I began a nationwide search for a 2012 Corvette Grand Sport with narrow parameters as far as mileage, options and price were concerned. After careful research I zeroed in on a car listed by eAutos of Austin, Texas. It was the exact car I had been searching for and the price seemed to be at a point that the deal could be made. After putting on my steel mesh underwear, I called and began what I suspected would be a long painful process. This coupled with my buying a car sight unseen had me questioning my own sanity. My first conversation with Gary at eAutos had me asking myself “Did that really just happen” after my first call. I have been buying cars since 1967 and I was stunned at my first interaction with Austin eAutos. Gary and eAutos were: Great listeners Not interrupters Asked specifically what I was looking for Professional Gave complete answers Actually said “I don’t know” and then put the item on the list to get back with me on an answer Demonstrated that they can see the world through the Buyers eyes and not just the Sellers eyes Flexible with my unique needs Dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction – 100% of the time When I asked about buying the car from afar (Denver) I was offered transportation from the Austin airport to their location. I was offered assistance in overnight lodging in Austin, if needed. I was offered their continued storage of the car in their climate controlled indoor warehouse until I could make the pick up trip. This time of year required a keen eye on weather forecasts to pick the perfect weather window and it was nice not to have a selling party putting pressure on me to “get it done”. I was now done to one major concern. Was the car REALLY in as good a condition as Gary said or would his views and mine be vastly different upon my arrival in Austin? As I get off the airplane I get a message from their team member that I was to be picked up by door B on the lower level. Sure enough there was my ride and off we went in a new black Lexus. When I arrived I was greeted and quickly saw my new Corvette. Gary lied!! It was in much better condition that he stated – it was perfect! I relaxed and began to really enjoy this process. That’s when I noticed that their showroom/offices did not look like a car dealership but more like a warm and inviting living room. I had budgeted 90 minutes to get “all the stuff” done so I could get on the road to Denver. In 20 minutes I was out the door and on my way – with the original window sticker, an added plus! Here is the bottom line. Who cares how many stars; the fact of the matter is this business clearly understands how to deal with buyers and especially out-of-town buyers and their unique needs. I will be telling many fellow car enthusiasts about Austin eAutos. I look forward to when our paths cross again and can say without any reservations: This was the most professional and easiest and yes, enjoyable car buying process of my life. To team Austin eAutos – Thank you!!

I wanted to share my feedback since this was a very unique experience for me in a couple different way; the customer experience and the fact i was an out of town buyer. 2 weeks ago I would have never believed i was going to buy a car 1,000 miles away and have it delivered without seeing or driving the car. I was looking for a certain car in a specific color and option package and i was not finding it locally or even within 500 miles. I broadened my search nationwide just to see what was out there and found the exact car was looking for at Austin E Autos. I called and talked to Gary who was knowledgeable and had an obvious passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience. We talked a few times over 2 days where he answered my questions and shared insight on the options flying in and driving the car home vs. shipping. I was referred to an independent car evaluation services which worked perfectly. The only item found was a minor issue with the battery. When i called Gary back he had already ordered the replacement. We went ahead with the deal and 8 days after our initial conversation the car was delivered to my house. This was a truly outstanding car buying experience and we will not hesitate again to buy long distance when dealing with Gary and Austin e Autos. Thank you!!
