We just recently purchased a truck from this place, it turned out to be a disaster. The check engine light came on the first week that we had driven it. I drove it back to KB. They kept the truck there for almost a week to see what was wrong with it. They said that it was a minor problem, possibly an electrical issue. I took it to the dealership to get it repaired through the warranty that I purchased. It turned out the engine needed to be replaced. The warranty co. didn't fix it because it was a preexisting issue. I contacted KB and they did nothing to help us. They took the money and ran. They never offered to resolve the problem. One of the owners even hung up the phone on me during our conversation. What a sorry place to do business with. I recommend to not purchase a vehicle from them. They kept the vehicle until they cashed the check from my bank. Once they had the money they didn't care about me the customer any more.

They are the most professional Car Dealer we  have ever dealt with.  Their level of integrity is awesome and they truly believe that doing right by their customers is the right thing to do.  We will definitely use them again for any vehicle our family purchases!

I recently visited KB cars and trucks. When I got there, Sam was very accomodating and allowed me to test drive several vehicles until I was sure which one I wanted. I did find a truck that met what I was looking for: fair price, good looks, operating properly. Of course, I had to buy. The wife and are extremely happy with our purchase, and the ease of which we completed paperwork made the whole experience fun. I will definitely consider KB when I decide to look for another vehicle.

I've now purchased 2 vehicles from Sam at KB and I couldn't be more satisfied. Sam, his brother, and the rest of the guys make sure their vehicles are good to go and not only do you pay the same price whether you buy it outright or finance it, Sam is such a pleasure to deal with he'll make you rethink your perception of used car salesmen.
I would definitely recommend giving them a visit and when the time comes where I need another used vehicle it'll certainly be from the guys at KB.

I usually don't write reviews but was compelled to do so with KB Cars. I've done business with Sam for 2 yrs and will do so going forward as I have always felt listened to and Sam has worked with me during my 2 yrs to make my car buying experience the best. I've never felt such dedication to the customer mentality than with Sam and his staff. Whether it was a time when I lost my keys or just needed a little extra time to make a payment, they have always been there. If you are looking for a vehicle and need some one to help place you in the right car for you, Sam is your man. The inventory of vehicles they have are great and has something to fit any budget and will level and work with you on this. Thank you Sam and the KB Cars family and I look forward to doing business with you going forward.
