I went to Austins Pro Max spanaway after I did a post on couple 4x4 forums and got back several responses saying if your in the area this is the shop. Manager was cool and got me right in. Nice sitting room with comfy seats. Price was cheaper then anywhere else and the work looks great.

I wrote A critique before about the service and diagnosis...
   I was Wrong. The problem that I thought they had failed it had nothing to do with the issue they fixed. Another issue popped up today I thought was tied to the original fix. They pointed out the issue ( that wasn’t tied to their work ) and had me on my way with no charge to fix it. 
   Rob was great to get after it, thinking it was their mistake, then went above and beyond after seeing it wasn’t. They did a great job. 

   Sorry about the first critique guys. Wrong is wrong, and I was. I hope this makes good my false accusation. Thanks again.

Walked in this morning around 9:15 am and was immediately greeted the manager, Rob.

The exhaust pipe exiting my muffler had fallen off due to rust and the muffler itself was completely shot.

Rob had one off his guys take a look and have me a quote to replace the entire exhaust from the converter back with a flowmaster exhaust. The estimate was less than I expected and they were able to get me in right then. 

I went for a nice walk and when I got back they were already done. About 1 hour 45 minutes from when I walked in the door till I drove off. 

Thank you Rob and crew, I appreciate the timely service and great job.

I have been here a few times and they have always been great. I just don't have the time work on my zuk and they haven't gouged me or screwed me in any way is why I keep coming back. Had a Thorley header and complete exhaust done and they tucked it up close to make it great for wheeling. This last time they basically rebuilt the rear end and the cost didn't sting near as much as I feared it would be. The Spanaway location always shows me physically what is wrong so I can see with my own eyes.

Used to be good when Craig was there. They will tell you they did work they didn't do and charge you for it now. Payed them now I have to pay another mech for the same issue I paid them for. Check Engine light went on an soon as I drove off, and they told me they checked it... SMH.
