This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. One employee working the counter while there are 5-6 people waiting to be checked out in line. While in the back you can tell that there are 2-3 employees just sitting in back talking away while the phones are ringing and customers waiting. 
When you order a part they tell you that they will call you when it's in... Hahahaha not a chance, you will have to be the one to call and find out if your parts in. 
If you want to waste your vaulable time standing in line, with minimal help... This is the place to be!!!!!

Handed us the wrong belt from behind the counter! The computer told her which one to get. Now they are closed! Maybe if she wasn't on the phone and helping us, we would have not been screwed! How 8s my husband to get to work when he already removed the old belt? Thanks a lot we won't be going there anymore.

Not a very useful place.  They were out of basic black 4 and 6 gauge wire, which on it's own is no big deal.  I'll get some red, then buy the black (more expensive) pre-made cable and cut the ends of to the size I need.  Finally left without buying anything after waiting several minutes for them  to find a way to cut off 3 foot of the red 4 gauge.  

   Look, I don't want to buy online, I want to buy locally, but I've spent a good  90 minutes trying to find basic 4-gauge wire around Spanaway.  Places around here make it very hard.  Can't even throw money at someone, so online it is.
