Very friendly and helpful.  The gentleman (sorry, I didn't pay attention to his name) looked up which size wiper blades fit my car so I didn't have to.   Came outside in the cold and snow and replaced my blades for me.  100% satisfied with my visit today.  Would recommend.

I stood in line for 15 mins waiting to pay for some rtv. The manager acted as if her store only had two customers in it.  It wasn't worth paying the $8 for the wait, the only reason I stopped is because they are the only auto parts store on the way to where I was heading.  Next time I'll go out of the way, for sure.

The retail side of the store has horrible customer service. They will ignor you and the the incoming calls to chat amongst them selves. On the other hand the commercial side is spectacular! Teresa the commercial manager is awesome and extremely knowledgeable. She's worth dealing with the bad things about this location.
