So this the second time I've come.. they know absolutely nothing about hair.. all they do is braid no style.. they can't EVEN COMB THE HAIR.. The prices are better than some of the African shops but the result is the same. TO TIGHT. I took my hair down the next day. Bumps and redness.. I had to comb my own hair because they wanted to use a rat tail on natural afro texture hair.. then they want to put JAM in your happy without combine it.. the braids they bring to the table but sanitation is allot to be desired. Using the same Combs on everyone head not washing them.. this almost making me wanna just perm my hair and say forget it.. very disappointed wanted my money again...

I came in as a walk in, knowing nothing about braids but had an idea of what I wanted.  I was thinking that they were going to turn me away bc it was close to 8pm. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get me in right away, even though they were already busy. I had many questions about the process and the girls who worked on me answered my questions happily and made me feel like I were in the best hands.  I was done with my box braids a few hours later and I'm in love with them!!!!! They did a phenomenal job! I left there feeling like my best self and I couldn't be more grateful for them. The hair was included in my cost and they told me exactly how much it would be with no extra fees. Thank you ladies for everything!! I'll be back for sure:)

This is the most unprofessional hair braiding establishment I have ever been to. Don’t even bother making an appointment you will be sitting there waiting. The women are lazy. The owner is always arguing with her employees because they always trying to run up out of there. They are so inconsistent everyone is not good so you’re rolling the dice praying the hairstyle you came in for they can fulfill. I’m very upset I had to walk out after waiting for 2 hrs when I had an appointment. As a business owner I overstand things come up but this is an ongoing issue. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

I Love Love Love this place! I’ve been coming here for two and a half years for my braiding services and the prices and customer service are beyond satisfying.

I called today about getting box braids done. First I couldn't really understand whoever answered the call but I think I heard $130- $150 which is better than a lot of shops. Check the website to see pictures, looks nice....then the reviews. It wouldn't be so bad if there were just people complaining about a few braids coming out or price being a little higher when you get there, sometimes it happens. However noone has to say anything about the professionalism, you can see it in the owner responses. You may think that these reviews don't hurt your business but they absolutely do. I would never come to your shop looking at your responses. A "sorry that happened to you, call me" response would have been much more professional. You have a nasty attitude and it's apparent in how you conduct yourself online. I'm disgusted. Not saying anything would have been better. Good luck to you in the future, hopefully you will consider holding your tounge because you are losing potential clients with your "have to be right" attitude.
