This is the first time I ever had 3 people work  on my hair. I started at 9am and was out by 1! My braids are neat and full! OMG!

I went for the convenience of getting a cornrow ponytail taken down last week. I told the braider my hair was long, so cut the braids long. I got home and my hair was cut, like layered in back and 3.5 inches gone from right front. I called the owner immediately and sent pics as she requested. I went to the shop the next day, as I said I would. The braider apologized and I said I knew she didn’t try. She then called the owner and the owner told the braider to tell me they would give me $20, instead of the entire $40 back. I asked to speak to her and suhe argued with me saying the girl said she didn’t cut my hair. I have long hair, and...it’s very noticeable, which they could see in pictures and in person. She gave me my money back, but why I have to argue over it? I couldn’t believe the business didn’t show compassion for their mistake. It’s not like they could give me the hair back.......

This is my first time going the ladies are all nice and make you feel like you been coming to them in years I must say I am loving my new hairdo this is my hair stop for now on when your looking for someone to do your braids and done right hair braiding by Valerie is the place to be and you won't be sorry

The ladies that work at this salon are courteous and customer friendly unlike another shop I visited. They work together  in order to get the customer out quickly. Would highly recommend.
