Pat installed my A/C & furnace about 10 yrs ago (along with several co-workers) and Brian has serviced it almost every year after.  Don't have to wait weeks for an appt.  Will now be calling them for plumbing work.  When I find a good, reliable, honest company, I stick with them.

I have used Authority Mechnical for all heating/air issues at my house since I moved in.  They always shared their opinion with me (suggested I replace the entire unit from the start) but understood that I wasn't in a financial place to be able to do that, so they did a great job fixing it and helped it last another two years.  

When it came time to replacing the unit they were extremely helpful in picking the perfect unit and took care of it, quickly, in the three week 90-degree spell we had in 2013.  They even installed a new return for me so I didn't have to open the unit to replace the filter - free of charge!  

Kind, friendly, knowledgeable, speedy, trustworthy - these guys seriously have it all and I recommend them to everybody I can.
