Robert (the service manager) and Eric (sales person) are GREAT. Auto Advantage offered with the purchase of my 08 Jeep Wrangler a 3 month (pretty much a no question) warranty. When getting a warranty in the past it seems the company ALWAYS fines a loop hole to get out of doing work. NOT THESE GUYS. THEY HAVE IMPRESSED ME with there hospitality and quickness to get the job done right and quick. I called one one and they repainted my top of my Jeep, put in a new radiator. I’ve had to call again due to my heat not working properly. Robert answers the phone and sounds eager to found out the issue and get it resolved for me. THEY ARE AWESOME............ I don’t know what happened with the other peoples experience to give these guys a bad review..... but for me...... it’s been nothing short of excellent service.

Had a great experience purchasing car, although they had initially sold the one I was originally interested in. Got home, read over paperwork and saw higher price than what I was expecting. Before calling, I posted a 1 star review out of shock and disappointment. Paul from the business office called the very next day and was adamant about explaining the numbers and fees. He was very courteous and wanted to ensure my experience was great, and if it wasn't, it was obvious he wanted to make it right. This is someone I would do business with again. We will always have mis communications in business, but it is the companies who follow up and ensure the satisfaction of their customers that bring people back. I apologize for the 1 star and thank Paul and Brett for following back up with me. Make sure this is where you buy your next car from.

I highly recommend working with the team from Auto Advantage for all car sales/purchases. I had the pleasure of working with Debbie Odom who was absolutely professional and helpful. She helped me get a good offer for my car, prepared paperwork promptly and was very responsive and available throughout the entire process. All of this transpired while I was hundreds of miles away but I felt like she and her team were working on my behalf and ensured I had the best experience possible (even though we had never met in person). Thanks, Debbie!

Grace Geagan reached out to buy my car I’d listed on Craigslist. It was a fair price and super easy transaction. They flew someone up to pick up my car in just one day (I’m in DC). It sounded too good to be true, but they were super straightforward and great to work with. I highly recommend them, and I’d work with them again if the opportunity comes up!!

Great experience! BJ in Sales. Richard in management, and Paul in Finance are awesome. This is our 3rd vehicle purchased here. I have never felt pressured to buy. Any questions I had about the vehicle was answered completely. I highly recommend Auto Advantage.
