HUGE Thanks to Jonathan Gonzalez for selling me a great car and getting me an awesome deal! I have been to almost every car dealership in Western NC looking for the right trade in deal and he got me the best deal for my money - I absolutely love my Toyota RAV4! Thank for another wonderful experience at Fred Anderson Toyota. From the sales experience with Lori, who has helped our family with our last five cars, she never pressures, she just works very hard to get us the vehicle we want. Joe Baker, Finance, patiently took us through all possible options until we were able to get a finance option that fit our family’s options and got us the amazing red 2018 Tacoma four door. My husband has waited 6 years to get a truck again and your team made it happen. Aaron Ingle has been the Service agent for me and my wife, Sheila, for the last several visits. You could not ask for a friendlier more accommodating agent. He is knowledgeable and always works around our schedules.  I wish I could remember the gentleman who has been our shuttle guy because he represents your company in a stellar fashion. Anyone can drive a van but he makes it enjoyable with his friendliness and care.
We live in Franklin, NC and have driven to Asheville for all of our vehicle and service needs for over thirty years because of the people who have cared for us so well for so long. I am glad to share with my friends that Anderson Toyota is carrying on the fine tradition of quality and caring.

It was time for me to change  my timing belt on my Lexus ES 330, which is a major repair. I was assigned Angel Pedi as my service  coordinator. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable.  I was confident in her ability to answer my questions on the technical issue of what else might need to be done.  She checked in with me during the day regarding the progress. The car was finished at the time promised. I am thrilled to have a trustworthy dealer so close by to service my Lexus.  I plan to request Angel the next time I bring my car in for service.

Efficient reception into the service drive-in, with multiple kiosks so no waiting in line to get initial consultation. Online scheduling further provides a worry-free experience; you always know if the shop can accommodate you. Strong wifi service, if you choose to wait while your automobile is being diagnosed. Lastly, shuttle service if you live close by.

Minus one star for the awful restroom, though 4.5 stars would be a more deserving rating.

This is without a doubt the best dealership I have ever been into.  Thus my reason for buying six vehicles for myself and recommending another nine customers.  The sales people are as straight as can be.  There are no surprises at the closing.  The personnel are all very helpful and many have been there since I first went there 18 years ago.  Most dealers just want you to buy something, anything.  Here there is no rush, no push.  They want you to get what you want in your time.  Again I am very pleased with all my transactions there.
