My 2011 XJL was in for a difficult and expensive repair. Angie Williams, sales person, asked me to consider purchasing a new (to me) car. I declined, but Angie came back with a specific car for me to look at online. The car virtually “filled the bill.” It had very low mileage, was four years younger than my 2011, still under warranty, and I could handle a lot of the transaction online, including submitting a credit application. Meanwhile, I was driving a new car as a loaner. The transaction included purchasing the newer car, paying off the old car, eliminating the cost of the repair of the old car, and transferring the auto registration to the new car. It was all handled by Angie (the dealership). I did not have to do anything. The delivery of the car I was to purchase was delayed due to weather. Angie kept me informed about the expected date of arrival, and when it did arrive, she assured its full preparation. When I went to pick up the car, the required paperwork was handled with courtesy and professionalism. We even did a little negotiating of the interest rate. Angie explained and demonstrated the features of the car that might be different from the old car. She helped transfer the contents of the old car to the new one. She installed my British plate on the front by hand. Last, Angie ordered and received a new owner’s manual for the new car and changed the temperature units from Centgrade to Fahrenheit and demonstrated how I could make additional changes, if I wished. The only thing that would have made the deal better would have been having someone else to make the monthly payments.

Top notch dealership from sales department to service department. We received the the type of service that is always hoped for, but is uncommon these days.

One of the best service experiences with a car dealership! My wife and I have 2 Jaguars purchased before our move to Ashville, Kyle and Bridget treat us just like we had purchased the cars there. The service experience is exemplary: Recently my 2011 XKR went in for a routine oil change, and, I had been having some issues with delayed air-conditioning that I asked them to check out. The compressor was found to be defective and under warranty; but parts were not immediately available, and we were leaving on an extended trip. They offered that when the repairs were complete that they would return the car to our house and put it in the garage at no charge. That is service!

Excellent. Bridgett is the nicest and best service adviser for any car I have ever owned. Jay who sold me my car continues to help with some issues after six months. Not only do I love my Jaguar F Pace, but also who I bought it from and how they take care of me (loaner is always provided.) Thank you Land Rover Asheville! Brad Gee
