I wish I would have read these reviews before I chose to go to this dealership, everything is fine when you go in to buy a car, but every interaction with the company after that is everything but pleasant. I will not be sending any others to them and have started referring them to other buy here pay here places in the area. Autobank you really need to do better.

Lol there's better place to get cars and better customer service. And the manager at the one on Truman road is a prick! Calls a customer a deadbeat, and hangs up on them. They changes the rates on your loan without any notification. You call and try to make a payment arrangements and they won't do it and are rude as can be. You couldn't pay me to go back to them. I'd shop anywhere

Geanie makes this place great. I've bought 2 cars here. My bf also just got one. The interest rates are high but my credit sucks..Lol... So I'm going to end up paying more anywhere. I'm very happy with the car I got.
