I posted a review back in March, but I need to edit my post. (It won't let me post a new review). Today I made my third purchase at Drive Now Auto Credit, and I am very happy with the way everything went! My second purchase was in March 2017, but I had a car accident the night before Thanksgiving 2017, and my car was declared a total loss. The staff at Drive Now made it really easy for me to get another vehicle. I had a lot of questions about my insurance, and they provided answers when I couldn't get them from my insurance company. Today I went there to get help with my insurance paperwork, and I ended up getting more than that; I drove home in a 2003 Ford Taurus SE with 73,374 miles on it! (My previous car was a 2004 Ford Taurus SE with 65,200 miles on it). I feel very fortunate that they had a car in stock that was similar to the one I had been driving for several months and loved. I purchased a 1998 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight LS with 73,000 miles on it back in 2010, and it was one of the best (if not the best) cars I've ever owned! If you want an older car with low miles, make sure you check out Drive Now Auto Credit! The staff treats all customers like family!

My experience went very well with drive now. They were very accommodating set me up in my price range and I got what I needed. The only issue that occurred was the blower motor went out right after I got it. They told me to take it to Minich's auto repair which is just on the other side of the road from them they have been working together for 20 years. They were vey accommodating they got me in quickly replaced the blower then had to do it again a month later because water was dripping on the blower freezing and shorting it out. Anyway it was all fixed @ no cost to me. I got the car in January and have made a couple of payments and they are always friendly and kind continuing to provide great customer service with up beat attitudes after the sale.

This was the best car buying experience. I have purchased two used cars in the last 10 years and this was by far the easiest, fastest and most informed purchase. The process was simple to start. All I had to do was complete a pre-approved application on their website. Later that same day, Chris called to tell me how much I qualified for. I explained to him exactly what type of vehicle I needed and he gave me a list of cars to look at on their website. I called the next day to schedule an appointment, received an email confirmation with a list of items to bring and was in the very next day. The application process was smooth and I was able to drive off the lot in the vehicle of my choice. And this whole process started with my mom telling me to call her dealership because they were so good to her. The team was fantastic and shout out to Chris C. and Big Mike!! They were great.

This place and the people who work there are AWESOME. If you are in the market for a new car, you absolutely need to check them out. After dealing with the Volkswagen buyback, I needed a new car. I had a limited budget and timeframe, and after going to several dealerships nearby I was starting to get really frustrated. Nobody seemed to understand my budget limitations and the fact that I didn't want ANOTHER loan while I'm still paying off student loans. That is, until I got to Drive Now. Everyone on staff--especially Mary in sales--listened closely to my whole story and my needs. They helped me find an AMAZING car that was absolutely within my budget, and they treated me like a friend they've known for years. It was the easiest and most positive experience I've ever had buying a car. If you don't check them out, you're missing out. 100%
