ASK FOR BRAD! Brad was amazing and made our entire experience enjoyable, pressure free, and satisfying while also showing patience. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and got us an amazing deal within our budget. I was able to even include my motorcycle as a trade in. There are great vehicles here and some still with warranty! Definitely stop in and see Brad and the team.

They fixed the car I bought after I purchased it when they didn't have to. I had driven it home and noticed a sound that I had not while test driving it. I called and told them what was happening, and they said to bring it in the next day so they could look at it. My wife and I were pretty nervous we just dropped all this money for a car, and now it had an expensive car repair. I was expecting to pay a lot of money, but they told me they would take care of it. They weren't obligated to do it but they did. We will definitely buy our next car from them after this experience. The salesman were great to work with and made the process quick and easy. I would highly recommend this place

Tim was absolutely amazing. I’ve never met a better salesman who looks out for both his customers and his company’s best interests. He was funny during the test drive and never once made me feel like I was being forced into numbers I didn’t want to discuss. He asked and he listened. Lance was also very nice. They both gave me the best delarship service I’ve yet to come by.

Tim Coleman Jr. did me RIGHT ON my 2009 Ford Expedition!!!! He got us the best deal and, most importantly, he was honest and upfront. He is definitely all about the customers needs and their wants. If you’re in the market for a car, I highly recommend that you give Tim a try over at Jack Miller Auto Plaza. You will not be disappointed at all!!!

I had a great experience at Jack Miller Auto Plaza. The friendly and non-pushy staff was able to work with my credit union to get me in my 2012 Chevy Cruze very quickly. Cameron even stayed late so I could come pick up my new vehicle when I got out of class. Brad was my salesperson and he was extremely nice and patient with me. I test drove several vehicles and he sat through the drive with a smile on his face. I went to 5 other dealerships that day and Jack Miller Auto Plaza blew all the other dealerships out of the water with their amazing staff and wide variety of vehicles to look at.
