HORRIBLE!!!!!!  I had to send my car back twice because it was filthy in the back and the windows weren’t done. Then they had to vacuum again because it was CLEARLY not vacuumed the first time around. The guy that was doing everything acted as if i was putting him out because i wanted to get what i paid for. When i had finally had enough i gave him $2 and said this is what i have. There wasn’t a place on the ticket for tips. He told me i could have gotten cash back. I shouldn’t have given anything. It is NOT work the money to have manage the professional that should know his job and to be treated so rudely.

I had no problems with this place the cashier was nice they got me in the next day for a carpet and floor mat shampoo and only took less than a hour I was happy about how quick it took. I only give 4 stars because there was still some little stains here and there but it was only $25 and overall I liked the outcome my carpets and floor mats looked great.

The place was packed full of people getting the full blown interior and exterior clean, but my car was done in just about ten minutes. Reasonable pricing and most of the employees were great. All I got was the exterior wash because I prefer to clean my own interior, so they quickly and efficiently took my car around all the cars getting the vacuum done. Only thing I didn't like was when I got home I noticed one spot they missed drying. Update, it rained and now there's streaks all over my windshield. Very annoying

Would have been five stars, however the man drying the car kept putting his towels down in the parking lot and picking them back up to dry the car which could pick up small rocks or sand and scratch the paint.

Changed my radio station (fine) but failed to change it back (not fine).  Did not vacuum around my Bible in the backseat, this seemed intentional, because the rest looked great.  The $18 does not include vacuuming the trunk.

Otherwise great job.  I'd give them a higher rating, but at least one person in the process seemed intentionally unprofessional.  Maybe go with a totally empty car and put anything loose in the glovebox or trunk.
