Did an excellent job considering that my husband's car was absolutely trashed! Lol For the 15$ they charged me to clean the inside and out they did an excellent job!   There was even dog hair on the seats!

I usually don't write reviews but I had to in this case. I spent too much money here expecting my car to look showroom ready. When I mean a lot it was better than in the hundreds. I got the inside detailed and outside washed and waxed as well as my headlights "restored."  I kept finding dirt in my doors and they never touched the console or it didn't look like it. My windows are full of streaks. My mats in my car looked like they are just blown off with no armor all wiped on them at all like I usually do. It took five hours which the site says it could take 4-5 so when I hear that I'm thinking it really should look spotless. Well this was my first and last time doing this next time I'll just make the time and do it myself. The only thing I have positive to say about it is the staff was nice.

After spending almost $40 and waiting almost an hour my car was not properly cleaned. If I would’ve noticed before they closed for the day I’d be returning to get a proper wash. There was a drink that spilled on my driver door. After they cleaned and dried with rags, the residue was more noticeable due to it collecting the lint. Looks terrible. It can be removed with my fingernail, so I do not understand why paying $40 could not remove this. One of the least thorough car washes I’ve been to in the area. First and last time coming here.

Last Wednesday I went to cruisers on south college to get my truck cleaned. I pull 
We up to the hut where the girl comes out to ask you which wash u want and we proceed to talk and I chose one. I noticed that my antenna on my new 2018 duramax with less than 800 miles on it was hitting the top rail on the wash. I proceeded to ask her if it was ok and she said no let's take it off. Before I could say a word or do anything there was one of the guys with a rusty pair of channel locks grabs the attenna and begins to twist on it. It wasn't budging when he continued to do it again and me yelling no out the windows and he was not listening! He managed to remove all the paint off the bottom part of the attenna by the time I got him to stop! The girl working the booth which was really nice and I still To this day feel bad for called the manager named Phelix! He told her while I was standing right there listing on speaker that he was in a class and would call me tomorrow to make it right with me. 2 days later still no call on Friday so I called same girl answered when she said that the wash was down and phelix was so overwhelmed by the break down and just didn't have time to call me! So now 7 days later still no call from phelix! If this is truly the owners/ manager name this is some PISS POOR customer service!!!! I would highly recommend you stay away from this place if you care anything about your vehicle! I understand accidents happen and I'm cool with that but be a responsible owner and call and talk to your unsatisfied customer when you do screw up and make it right with them when you tear up there brand new vehicle
