Not bad but they didn't honor a coupon unless I printed it out which is very strange considering we're trying to save trees in this world but they're purveyors of petroleum products and probably not exactly the most environmentally conscious place in the world so I'm not surprised. But they were quick efficient and my oil got changed and they also did state inspection so over all four stars is appropriate

Went today for a car wash, presented the coupon from their website. They refused to honor the coupon, saying it had to be printed off even though it doesn’t state anywhere on the coupon or the website that this is their policy.

I came in for a wash with an online coupon. The employee seemed confused. After talking to half a dozen high school aged gentlemen I finally was told that their policy was only to accept printed coupons. Nothing on their website or on the coupon said anything about that. If you’re going to demand that coupons be printed out, you should put that on the coupon! 

Took my business elsewhere.

BEWARE.  They tore the windshield wiper off of my Mother-in-law's Subaru and refused to fix it.  The manager Austin said that it regularly happens at this location.  They have a sign that says they are not responsible for anything....  A place should be responsible for the damages to your vehicle.  They are not and do not care
