Hello John,
Here is my review of the repair work and parts replacements that Auto Care Plus completed on my 2004 Chevy Silverado Z71 Pickup Truck.
After losing my brakes and nearly crashing my truck and just missing a pedestrian in North Conway, NH the truck and I ended up at Auto Care Plus in Conway NH.
Paul, Troy, John, and Technician Mike all treated me with the highest respect.  Their knowledge of how to solve the trouble with the brake system failure so that I could get more years out of my old truck made complete sense to me.  Paul found me a Stainless Steel Brake Line Kit for a reasonable price and Mike began the work of replacing every line from the Master Cylinder out to all four wheels.  We all figured that since the truck had some age, replacing the Rear Calipers, Rotors, Pads and Hoses to the Calipers would be a smart while the truck was in the shop.  The price was very reasonable for such an over hall of the Brake System.  Paul also set me up with a loner car so that my weekend on the slopes skiing still took place while the truck was being repaired!  So if you’re found on the side of the road in the Mount Washington Valley with your vehicle, get it over to Auto Care Plus in Conway NH.  Thanks again Auto Care Plus for your great service to me.

I needed service ASAP.  Received a next day appointment and my car was repaired in one hour.  I was very impressed with the fact that they did a complete review of my vehicle and made suggestions, in writing, for future services at no additional charge. Great guys. Clean shop. 5 Stars !!

I personally had, what I would consider, the absolute best customer service at this establishment. No, not just once but every time I have stepped through the door. The entire staff is very professional and up beat, more importantly they are all very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with how effortless and stress free they made my experiences. If you are reading this review and think it sounds too good to be true, please check them out for yourself.

Has changed a lot since Importec was bought by Auto Care Plus never see the same mechanic and prices are higher.
