I would never recommend Royalty to anybody that I care about.  My Volvo started acting up in the middle of a work day and I needed a Volvo shop quickly.  I found these guys on a google search and booked an appointment, what a mistake.

As I entered the lobby I was greeted by two employees bickering back and forth loudly.  I had to wait a good minute or two before I was even acknowledged, I should have walked out the door right then.

After about 45 minutes of waiting, the mechanic came out into the Lobby and said "what do you think is wrong with it?" WHAT!?  That's why I brought it here, you cannot make this stuff up.  I had to make phone calls and internet searches to instruct them which diagnostics to perform.  After another hour of this nonsense and a mounting feeling of dread and regret about this place, I drove off $120 lighter with a car that was still broken and no idea why.

These people are not Volvo specialists, they know nothing about Volvos or any other car.

Great, fast service. Told them I wanted them to call me with a diagnosis before they did any work, which they did. The option of affordable used parts was a pleasant surprise.Mark is great over the phone and in person. Didn't try to push anything on me, just did what work was urgent and then suggested some other things I should have done eventually,

Mark is a scammer and a thief! He did unauthorized work on our car, wouldn't give us a refund, and was EXTREMELY unprofessional!  The cars are awful!

Simply great place to get your Volvo repaired.  Mark, Dennis and the rest of the crew are great to deal with and they know their Volvos.  They offer used parts too.  Highly recommended by this Volvo owner.
