I'm so glad I was referred to them and tried them out.  I finally have a repair shop I can trust and count on.  Unfortunately I think word is out that they are AWESOME - because it's becoming harder and harder to get an appointment.

Prices are incredibly fair and they are so very honest - On two occasions I brought vehicles to them because a car dealer told me they found problems that needed repair (because the dealer wanted my business).  On both of these occasions KTM checked them out and told me the items were fine...and they were confused why I'd be told otherwise.  Many other places would have just done the work without watching out for the customer - AND - they didn't charge me for one of these even though they spent the time troubleshooting / inspecting.

...and they are friendly and personable.

Honestly / integrity / personable / fair pricing.

Small, local, decidedly scruffy and scrupulously honest. The crew here are good people and always bend over backwards to make things right. Good quality work for a local shop.

Although I didn't get my car repaired here (because of timing issues), I'm giving them 5 stars for being helpful.   Brian spent some time checking his schedule and trying to get me in and out on the same day, but ultimately wasn't able to do it.  I really appreciate the time he spent trying to make it work and the fact that he called me back so promptly.

My wiper arm broke the other day and these guys were able to get me in within minutes and tightened the nut for me for no charge. great place to do business. I would absolutely come back.

Kind of expensive, but they did a pretty good job and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I try my best to go to quality mechanics to keep my Nissan Rogue running as smoothly as possible (Especially with all the rampant transmission issues the Rogues run into) I would definitely go back here again.
