They gave me a free estimate which was really nice. Prices seemed good but we went with another shop because the interaction here didn't seem very genuine. Just felt like I was being rushed to get things over with and get out. If they would have been a little more friendly or taken time to explain things, I probably would have given them my business.

Kept me up to date on the status of my car,  worked with my insurance and my car was cleaned when I got it back. Would definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience at Auto Crafters. They did great work, communicated really well, and worked with Allstate insurance. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Took my car here per my insurance, we quoted a 2 yo 3 repair timeframe. Car was done the next day. Everyone was polite and respectful, as well as very informative
