Nathen is amazing!! I pulled up and walked in and told him I need help with my car cause I don’t know how to check my fluids and my engine light came on. Not only did he fix and check everything he taught me how to do it myself! He went out of his way to help me and made my whole week cars can be stressful. But he was amazing and iv never had better service anywhere! The girl working with him was also very nice (:

The location is easy to get in and out of plenty of free parking. A lot of stuff that used to be $0.99 is 3 for $4 over price as well as the candy. Some of the workers there seem to be frustrated easily or not want to be there you have to usually always wait in a long line even if it's just to pick up a few small things while you're there cleaning supplies oil filters. Unless you're really singing to get a big item they don't seem very helpful the last few times I've been in there. Customer service is definitely lacking.

The parts are affordable. Most of the employees listen and are knowledgeable. I have had a few negative experiences of being looked down on because I didn't know the name of a particular tool to change my o2 sensor and when the guy realized what I was talking about he just laughed at me and told me to use a wrench. I ended up going to O'Reilly's and rented the tool, and after 4 hours of trying with a wrench, we had the sensor changed in only ten minutes.

I've never had a bad experience here yet.  The selection of auto parts is nice and the adequate.

Been a rewards member since  2014 and never had an issue until my battery which is under a warranty was giving me an issue. Autozone checked it and said it was bad. I took my rewards card in and gave my usual phone number etc, and the manager said they had no record of my purchase even though he looked up the battery. He saw the battery still had a warranty but accused me of some how replacing the battery since they had no record on file. Kim M. is a horrible customer service manager and the fault is with autozone for not keeping my purchase even though they had every other purchase. I read many people are being scammed by autozone so they dont have to give us our warranties. Good thing i have my reciept and do not count on them to put expensive purchases in your file. This will also be reported to corporate on why this is happening to so many people its a crime!!!
