Our car was totaled in an accident and we needed to replace it asap. We were recommended to go there by a family friend and had a wonderful experience. we test drove every car on the lot without a sales person standing over our shoulder! After the better part of the morning, we found an awesome VW CC that my wife fell in love with. Thanks for making our car buying experience so awesome!

This was a terrible experience at the dealership.

I scheduled my car to be serviced for its 80,000 mile service. The price online for this service was around $375. 
 
When I got to the dealership no one approached me to see if I’d been helped and no one was at the service desk but there were 3 salesman doing nothing.

A lady walked in the front door and noticed we hadn’t been helped yet so before she even clocked in she assisted us. As she was assisting us some salesman tried 

We dropped our car off at the service department and left. 20 minutes later they call me back and tell me it will cost over $600 for the service. I didn’t agree to that price so they changed my service level to basically an oil change with tire rotation. So I didn’t get the service I wanted for the price they originally told me it would be. After that they didn’t even let me use my full coupon they sent me. I was only able to use 17% of my 27% coupon that again, they sent me.

I’ll never come back. Bait and switch dealership.

I really like these guys.  I bought a beautiful Jeep from them. I am sorry Justin is no longer with them.  Justin was awesome.  I am sure they continue to employ great staff.  I highly recommend.

Update: If you don’t want Sirius XM I would ask them about it. Every since I bought my car from here Sirius hasn’t left me alone. It started with my free trial that I had no idea about. Then they started calling me so I asked them to stop. Now they regularly send me mail. 

I was never talked to about Sirius and it would have been nice if it was ever mentioned. 

Great place. Great prices. Great staff. I'd definitely recommend buying a car here. It was easy in and out no hassle. 👍

I took my car to Cutrubus Volkswagen for some general maintenance and a part replacement. Everyone was amazing, especially the service staff. They went above and beyond to take care of everything I requested and more, and gave me sound advice on future maintenance needs. I am 110% satisfied with my experience and will definitely be returning.
