Awful. The website says they open at seven. When the guy FINALLY answers it's obvious he is asleep. And rude and grumpy. Then he informs me he can't fix my window until Monday. Sure I can wait three days to replace my broken window. NOT. Who can wait for something like this? Maybe that's why the only comment on his website is his own. I'm sure his quality of work is like his attitude, shity.
