An amazing experience! The men were very nice. Explained everything in great detail and were fast. They even opened both doors for my boyfriend and I once they were done. Highly recommend them.

They were conversational and not awkwardly so.  The facilities were very clean and we were informed of how long it would take, how Jiffy Lube likes to handle their customers and cars and they delivered. I felt like they knew me or wanted to know me and we talked for a few minutes afterwards. I'm actually taking notes for my own business.  We will definitely be back.

I needed a fuel filter changed. I've used other jiffy lube near my house, but was on the road so this was the closest.  My visit was Sunday, 7/24 at 3/4p if the sorry management wants to verify my claim.  Oddly enough when I got home, my power steering fluid suddenly emptied all over my driveway.  Come to find out the hose fitting had been loosened.  These guys are shady.

Horrible establishment!! Said they sincerely had my best interest! They were rude and disrespectful when accused of taking advantage of me!! Due to me being a woman they kept saying different things to assure the I was convinced that they were right!! Told me that I had metal shaving in my engine from my oil so it needed to be engine flushed my car is a 2015 only a year old has had multiple oil changes!!! They lied to get more money then they changed my oil from synthetic to the lower one because the bill was so high!! Told me he was doing me a favor by giving 25% off!   D Flores  cost me almost 200 dollars because you not suppose to change oils after using synthetic oil!! They ripped me off and took my money and due to me calling around and asking if what they said was true I would have believed d Flores and Domingo the manager!! This particular establishment is money hungry and will do anything to get money " sadly destroy your car in the process"!!!
