Very poor experience. Drove to this dealer. After test driving the car sat down with salesman and negotiated a deal. He said he would go get it approved. Came back with his Manager who rejected the offer made to me and piled on a bunch of fees and warranty. I walked away but went back thinking there was a misinterpretation as the warrant should have been optional. The salesman said he thought there was. So I said let’s look at the numbers again. The manager insisted again on warranty and fees. No negotiation what so ever. Walked away ready to purchase.

In response to the dealers reply.:
The sales person kept saying we can do that. When I asked for something. Yet when the manager came out. He rescinded the deal that had been offered. You are there to make money, you should have a put the door price readily available. Might have done the deal. 
For the same dollars had it been up front.

Second update: I continued my search for a vehicle. I found the same vehicle a little less miles. Extended warranty, for 2k less out the door price. Shop around this guy isn’t the cheapest as he claims to be!

I was finally able to purchase my true dream car, a 2015 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque,  through  your extremely kind and patient sales staff , Angelo , Tom and Geo!!!     I am not able to express in words my true appreciation for the way I was treated before, during and after my purchase at Auto Holding.   Being that  I have worked in the Auto Industry for more than 20 years, I am very very honored to know that the staff at Auto Holding chose to treat me  like Royalty during my recent purchase, especially  Angelo T. , my sales person.   He was so very, very patient during my visit . BEYOND PATIENT!!!     I love my new Range Rover and will recommend family and friends who are looking for that special vehicle to see Angelo at Auto Holding for the best sales experience of a life time.   Thanks again to the entire staff but especially Angelo, my salesman , who went above and beyond his call of duty when helping me make my purchase.   I will never forget your kindness Angelo,   God blessings to you and the entire staff at  Auto Holding Always!!!!!!!!!!!!   I am forever grateful!!

By far — Auto Holding is the best! Alex N. made my experience personal and fun. We walked through all of my options step by step and I ended up getting the car of my dreams! This is the first car I purchased on my own and at all times there was clarity, care and concern! I felt like I was family from the moment I walked in. This is the place to go if you want honesty and quality! Thanks Alex! I’m already dreaming up my next car!!!

Easy and Awesome first time car buying experience!
Went in hesitantly with a Capital One Bank Pre-approval and was immediately introduced to a sales man by the name of Miguel who was very professional and instantly made my fiance and I extremely comfortable.  We explained that we already had a car in mind we wanted to buy and a bank that was willing to finance us. Miguel took care of everything. He got us a great price for a 2015 Mercedes Benz that came fully loaded and Paul the Finance manager even threw in an extended warranty at a discounted price.There was no pressuring or hidden scams, very straightforward process. Came in around 7pm left out with a brand new car with a great APR. by 8pm. I would definitely recommend this place and the car salesman Miguel who really works hard to get you into the car of your choice.Thanks Auto Holding for your "SUPERB" customer service!!!!

I went in expecting to not purchase a vehicle. I didn't even want to consider any of these vehicles thinking it was out of my price range. Rick took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a beautiful 2014 Range Rover that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Rick at Auto holding.
