This dealership was top notch! Lawrence and Lilia went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. They gave me suggestions and advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. Great car shopping experience! 21st century auto group of Springfield is a wonderful dealership. I received excellent service and customer attentiveness. I would like to give special thanks to Justice for assisting me with my Ford Mustang. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful when it came down to car options. There was no pressure in his sales approach and he made my visit a pleasurable experience. I will definitely be making this my new car dealership of choice. Thanks again!

I completely satisfied with my buying experience with Lawrence. He did everything he could to make sure I'm not only happy with the Ford Fusion but that it was exactly what I wanted. Never at any point did I feel pressured to buy. In fact it was quite the opposite. He was very patient with me, especially on a very busy Saturday night. Never met a salesman like him he's one of the best one out there. I want to thank him/Lawrence in the whole process of purchasing. And I just want to say I had a wonderful experience because of him!

The best dealer in my life !  They dropped for me 30% from original price . Very good staff and managers are very friendly . I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Nikita Korsakov took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend 21st Century Auto Group . It was worth the hour drive to get there.

I came in and saw the amazing sales person, Lawrence!! He was incredible! He knew all the features of every vehicle we had questions on and treated us well!, my family and I will definitely be Purchasing our vehicles from him! I definitely recommend everyone interested in any new or used vehicle to go and see him! He will treat you the best, answer all the questions and make your dreams come true!! Thank you 21st century auto group team.
