I came here to wash writing of my window from  my  wedding. When I got my car back,  I had  to have a guy wipe my windows since they were still really dirty.  Not only was my car not clean,  I had a big scratch on  the front now.  A large black scratch where paint from my white car had scraped off by obviously scraping something.  To make things  worse one of the workers stole my iPod,  which my  fault for leaving a valuable inside.  When I called the company explaining politely my experience,  they told me they could not do anything and could not be proved and actually hung up on me. Terrible experience.  Became such an expensive last minute car wash! Beware! Maybe take before pictures in case too have proof if such an incident occurs!!

Wish I could put zero stars. This place needs to get their shi* together. The guy that checked me in did not make eye contact, mumbled under this breath the entire time, had some form of large plastic substance in his mouth that prohibited him from speaking intelligently to me. Despite me asking, "WHAT?" multiple times, he didn't take it out or make any effort to improve communication. I almost drove away then and should have, because it went downhill from there. There is no air conditioning in the building - I'm sorry, but I didn't pay $20 to sweat for an hour. I arrived at 12:15, thinking I'd be safe for a 1:00. NOPE - I had to stop them before they were done at 1:05 in order to get out of there. They let 2 cars go ahead of mine through the wash even though I was there earlier. Some guy came to try to assure me my car was coming after I complained, and he was smoking a cigarette as he's talking to me. ABSOLUTELY ZERO HUSTLE. I will literally wash my own car in the heat from now on instead of going to this place.

Literally the worst business I have ever been to. Did a bad job cleaning, and they stole my iPhone. Yes, they are theives. Didn't reimburse me for the car wash even after one of their employees stole my phone. Never go here. In fact, actively tell others not to go here. It will ruin your day.

I had my car detailed last week and found a tear in the leather in the back seat on the passenger side immediately after the vehicle was returned.  It was s small tear and looked as if something was dragged across the door.  It looks as though the cleaner had something in their pocket and it scraped while cleaning inside.  I asked to speak to the owner/manager whose name was Allan, and he was on vacation.  A supervisor came out and looked at the leather and left a note for the manager because he was out on vacation.  I watched him write up a message detailing the event and got a copy so I could speak with him this week.  I had the BMW dealer ship take a look at the door and they advised it was not that bad and replacement should not be necessary for the damaged piece.  They gave me the contact information to the vender they used to repair this type of damage.  I was quoted $100.00, which was a much better price than I anticipated. 
I called Autowash today and spoke with Allen, he told me he needed to see the damage.  I told him I thought it was an honest mistake, but a mistake nonetheless.  When he looked at the door, he told me there is no way of knowing that it was done by his staff or if I did the damage myself.  I told him that I have no children or pets, I rarely have passengers, and I take excellent care of my vehicles.  I am a retired Lt Colonel, I own a small business, and I have no reason to scam $100.00. He then told me he does not allow his workers to have hard objects in their pockets while washing so there is no way they could have caused the damage.  I replied that I’m not even sure that’s what caused the tear because I was not present at the time of the detail and neither was he.  (They take your car in the back while you wait in the waiting area)  I brought him a $60,000 dollar BMW in pristine condition that has no other scratches, dents, or tears.  There was no other time this could have happened and I am suspicious if this establishment was insured because of his quick denial of such a small claim.  He offered to pay for the cost of the wash which was roughly half of what the damage cost.  I politely declined and left.
I would have continued going there to get my car washed had the incident been handled honestly, mistakes happen. However, if this is what they do over a small incident, imagine if there was something major such as a dent or scratch on the body.  Do not take your car there if you have any regard for your property.  The way that the incident was handled was insulting and unprofessional.
