I get it. It’s winter time. It’s a rainy day. Likely a lot of people aren’t washing their cars on a day like today. But it’s the only day I can and others are here too. The hours say you’re open at 8 AM EVERYDAY. Your online hours say the same thing. If you’re not going to be open, at least put the cones out to block people from coming in and wasting their time. 

Myself and another customer were prepared to start vacuuming our cars only to find they weren’t operating. Cool. Go inside to see guys cleaning the interior of the car wash and ask if they’re open. Nope! Off to the pleasant grove location we go. Don’t worry, their service sucked too. 

Thanks for nothing!

One of the newest car washes in Rogers. Very good! It has a subscription service for $30 a month for the top wash they have, where you can get your car washed everyday if you want and it's only the 30 bucks a month! So if your a person who always want their car clean like me, this is the best deal in town!

I went today and my car barely looks any better than when I went in. This place used to be better back when it was Boomerangs car wash. The expensive washes don’t really do any better of a job, so you might as well just get the least expensive one. Also that used to be six dollars and now it is seven. They offer a membership for fifteen dollars a month which gives you as many of the least expensive washes that you want. So basically you would have to get your car washed at least three times a month to get your money out of that. I could see going twice a month, but not more than that. So membership is kind of a rip off in my opinion.

Liked the wash . There was 4 type of washes available . One for 10$ 13$ 15$ . We took the 13$ and liked it . Also they have some monthly unlimited car wash for 15$ yet to check on it .

I have been a repeat customer for years....NOT ANY LONGER.  I noticed the management and name of business has changed, software when ordering had changed but wasn't ready for the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE experience.   I pulled up to the car wash as normal, looked to see where the attendance were to help me pull in, noticed that there was a newly painted wide line leading up to the wheel guide, again still waiting to see someone would be there- waited and noticed there was not an attendant so I proceeded to enter and thought to myself, well I guess this is another change.  Then 1/2 way through the car wash, I noticed someone walking the opposite direction and then a minute later the car wash stopped.  A  man proceeded to approach my vehicle.  I rolled down my window.  He began to barked out "THERE IS A SIGN YOU ARE NOT TO ENTER THE CARWASH WITHOUT SOMEONE DIRECTING YOU, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES".    I could have immediately barked back BUT, I calmly said, "I am sorry I didn't see the sign and waited for a bit. Please know your delivery of your message is not acceptable, the tone, how you yelled....he walked off before I can say much.  I was shocked he spoke to me the way he did.  No one should be treated that way.  Avoid this business.
